What processing can be done on stainless steel coils

Kaiping: Stainless steel coils are uncoiled, leveled, and cut into flat plates (stainless steel plates) for cutting, bending, and laser cutting.
Slitting: Large rolls are cut into narrow strips of steel for welding pipes, steel strips, precision stamping, strapping, and decorative edge strips.
2. Longitudinal and transverse cutting
Cut according to demand to produce fixed length plates, narrow steel strips, and precision narrow strips (battery steel strips, kitchen and bathroom edging).
2、 Surface treatment processing (stainless steel core value-added process)
1. Polishing series
2B surface: Original factory cold-rolled base surface, made of universal raw materials;
BA glossy surface: mirror gloss, suitable for kitchenware and decoration;
8K mirror polishing: high reflective mirror, for elevators, decorative panels, signs;
Wire drawing (HL): straight/irregular wire drawing, for kitchen, bathroom, doors and windows, cabinets;
Snowflake sand, frosted, sandblasted: anti fingerprint, matte decoration.
2. Functional surface
Film coating: Apply protective film on the surface to prevent scratches during processing;
Anti fingerprint oil (AF): bathroom and elevator panels;
Coloring: Titanium plated, black gold, rose gold, antique bronze decorative panels;
Etching: Chemical etching patterns LOGO、 Patterns (elevator, decorative signs).
3、 Sheet metal forming processing (most commonly used)
Cutting: cutting board with a shearing machine, simple straight edge cutting;
Bending: bending right angles and arcs to make cabinets, water tanks, equipment casings, and cable trays;
Roll round/roll tube
Thin plate roll cylinder: air duct, mixing drum, storage tank cylinder;
Cooperate with the welded pipe unit to produce stainless steel welded pipes (water pipes, fluid pipes);
Stamping/stretching
Shallow flushing: gaskets, buckles, decorative covers;
Deep stretching: stainless steel sink, soup pot, insulated cup liner, tableware;
Spinning: spherical head, decorative ball, lamp housing.
4、 Cutting and cutting processing
Laser cutting: complex and irregular shapes, hollow out, precision parts (equipment shells, hardware accessories);
Plasma cutting: thick plate rough cutting;
Water jet cutting: no thermal deformation, precise cutting of mirror surfaces and thin decorative panels;
Punching machine punching: screen mesh, filter plate, cabinet heat dissipation hole, decorative perforated plate.
5、 Welding processing (combination after coil forming)
Argon arc welding: water tanks, equipment enclosures, pressure vessels, kitchenware;
Spot welding/rolling welding: steel strip splicing, insulation bucket, stainless steel filter screen;
Laser welding: precision thin-walled parts, kitchen and bathroom accessories;
Polish and polish the weld seam to achieve a seamless appearance without welding marks.
6、 Precision deep processing (for narrow steel strips)
Stainless steel strip narrow strip can be used as precision hardware:
Stamping shrapnel, battery connectors, conductive terminals;
Packaging steel straps and bundling straps;
Corrugated pipe and hose blanks;
Precision springs, clamps, and pipe clamps.
7、 Anti corrosion/supporting processing
Passivation: Remove processing oxide skin and enhance rust prevention;
Deburring: vibration grinding, laser deburring, precision hardware;
Embossing: Stainless steel plate with embossed patterns (anti slip pedals, decorative door panels);
Composite processing: stainless steel coil composite aluminum/steel plate, composite decorative panel.
